​Return policy

- Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the integrity of the package is not compromised.

- The goods are returned through the National Post Office with the tracking number and airmail to the address of the sender indicated on the parcel. Delivery is paid by the buyer. 

- Refund will made according of payment way (Visa/Mastercard or Paypal) during 7 buisness days after receiving products to our warehouse.

- If the return of the goods is found that it was used, such goods are not accepted for return and the money is not returned.

- The used item cannot be returned

- If in the course of delivery the goods were broken then we will send new goods after providing the photo of the broken goods. Free shipping.

Return steps:

- Write to the mail in contact page , report: the reason for the return or exchange, the date of the order, the order number, add a check, photo or video if necessary. After that, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the return / exchange.             

- Pack the goods in the same package in which it came and send it to the address: Avtozavodskaya 24/2 str Kiyv 04074 Ukraine

- After we receive the heading item from you, we will send the replacement within 1-3 days. In case of return of the goods, the refund is made to the card specified by the buyer within 7 buisness days.
